At Home Hospice Association, we are driven by a singular mission: to ensure that every person, regardless of their circumstances, receives the compassionate end-of-life care and support they deserve. As a Canadian Registered Charity dedicated to this cause, we believe in the power of remembrance, education, and community in providing comfort to those navigating dying, death, grief and loss.
 

Our annual Moonlit Memory Walk is more than just a fundraiser—it's a tribute to the ones we’ve loved and lost. On October 17, join us in Ottawa, Toronto, Burlington and Calgary as we come together to honour the lives of our loved ones who have died, to share their stories, and to grow their legacies. Whether you walk in memory of a family member, friend, or beloved pet, your participation contributes directly to Home Hospice Association's mission, enabling us to continue providing essential services and support to those in need. Together, we can build a movement for compassionate end-of-life care for all, one step - and one memory - at a time.
