The purpose of Moonlit Memory Walk is to commemorate our loved ones and raise money to fund the programs and services Home Hospice Association offers.

We celebrate that they lived, whether for minutes, years, or decades and that they made a lasting impression on the lives of others.

The goal is to keep memories alive and create a community of collective healing while making the care we provide possible thanks to the money we raise in memory of our loved ones.
