Tracey Robertson, the Co-Founder and CEO of HHA, works tirelessly to ensure that compassionate care is accessible to all who need it. Her unwavering dedication to this cause has been instrumental in HHA's growth and inspires her to put one foot in front of the other day after day, and Moonlit Memory Walk after Moonlit Memory Walk. A detailed event schedule will be posted here at the beginning of September. Just to give you some idea, our previous Moonlit Memory Walks have normally started around 7pm and wrapped up around 9-9:30pm. Stay tuned for more info!

Integrating The Bello Project into our Houseless Hospice Pilot Project: Our GTA Chapter is passionately working to further develop our Houseless Hospice Project, including an expansion that involves re-homing pets of houseless individuals when necessary, ensuring that no pet owner worries about their companion’s fate.

Reviving the "No Place Life Home" Project: With the funds raised this year and in collaboration with the Hamilton-Halton Chapter, we're excited to develop our project that aims to end the stigmatization and marginalization of 2SLGBTQ+ older adults in LTC facilities. Let's ensure everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, feels seen and respected in their final years!
