We invite you to join us as we meet and walk together in Milton to honour and remember our loved ones who have died. We will celebrate that they lived, whether for minutes, years, or decades and that they made a lasting impression on the lives of others.
Our walk will leave from and post-walk activities will be held at McKersie & Early Funeral Home: 114 Main St E, – we thank Rebecca Hunter and her team for their support and for hosting the walk and bringing awareness to our work in the Halton Region. The event begins at 6:30pm with a candle lighting ceremony before the walk, and refreshments will be provided at the post-walk reception.Walk participants can choose to walk individually and raise funds to support Home Hospice Association programs provided in our community, or form or join a team to raise funds for a specific Home Hospice program or initiative.

We’re pleased to offer these fundraising incentives for the event:

$25.00: a memorial lantern and participation in the candle lighting ceremony

$50.00: a memorial lantern, participation in the candle lighting ceremony and a HHA coffee mug

$100.00: a memorial lantern, participation in the candle lighting ceremony, a HHA mug, and a HHA fandana
Additionally, prize packages will be awarded to the top three fundraisers during the post-walk reception.
