Moonlit Memory Walk Waterloo Wellington
St. Peter's, 810 King Street East, Cambridge
Death doesn’t end a relationship, it changes it. Our loved ones continue to live on in our thoughts, our memories, and our love for them. The Moonlit Memory Walk provides an opportunity to come together as a family, a group or simply with others in your community to share memories, stories, laughter and tears in a loving and supportive environment. Home Hospice Waterloo-Wellington has been offering support to the dying and the grieving through hosting Death Cafes, Many Faces of Compassion Symposiums, as well as through HHA’s Signature Program, Pre and Perinatal Hospice. We are preparing to launch several new programs this fall, including: The Bello Project; Prison Hospice Pilot Team; Experiential Adult Day Hospice; C.A.N.D.Y. Club Pilot (Death Cafe for Children and Youth), and Hospice at Home.
