As the stewards of HHA’s Mission, Vision, Values and Movement in our community we honour our dying and those who love them with our commitment to establish the best relationships to fill the greatest need in care at end of life.  Your commitment to join our walk and help to raise money in memoriam of your loved one creates their lasting legacy and empowers us to bring a different kind of hope to those who need us most. We are never more vulnerable than during the time of our dying.   Thanks to you we can deliver care with compassion and culturally sensitive human connection.  An extension of the family, we can meet the dying where they are at.
