Sponsorship Opportunities
Refreshment Sponsors - from $100-350
This donation ensures that Moonlit Memory walkers in a particular location will be able to gather together after their walk to enjoy the food and beverages generously provided by our sponsor. For many Moonlit Memory Walk participants, this time spent sharing stories over drinks, snacks and dessert is the highlight of the event as it’s a time for strengthening community bonds so that they can continue to collectively heal going forward. Refreshment sponsors have the opportunity to request to sponsor a specific walk location if desired.

Lantern Sponsors - $250.00
This donation provides 10 walkers with lanterns on which they will write the names of their loved ones who have died and who they are walking in memory of. We will light the lanterns in a commemorative ceremony and then use the lanterns to light the way as we walk. Participants get to take their lanterns home at the end of the evening. The Moonlit Memory Walk lanterns have become a symbol of this event, and are a vital element in creating the evening's atmosphere.
Tribute Sponsor - $1500.00
By becoming a Tribute Sponsor, not only are you demonstrating your strong commitment to ensuring that communities across Canada have free and equitable access to compassionate end-of-life care, but you are also enabling us to give a special tribute feature presentation on the night of the walk in our various event locations. In this presentation, we share the stories of our walkers’ loved ones through a PowerPoint photo montage. This moving presentation is part of the Moonlit Memory Walk’s commitment to remembering participants’ loved ones, saying their names, sharing their stories, and growing their legacy.
