In Canada, too many people face death without the dignity, support, or presence they deserve. Some spend their final days alone. Others navigate overwhelming grief with nowhere to turn. Caregivers carry the weight of goodbye in silence. Families say farewell without the chance to plan, process, or even pause.

At Home Hospice Association, we believe everyone deserves better.

The Moonlit Memory Walk is your chance to stand for that vision — and to walk in memory of someone who made your world brighter. Each step you take and each dollar you raise helps ensure:
