Moonlit Memory Walk
Memories of OCTOBER 28, 2023: The Moon gave us the most beautiful glow and as we look to our 2024 Date we keep this year's memories in our hearts.
The Moonlit Memory Walk is Home Hospice Association's annual fundraiser that brings people and communities together to commemorate their loved ones who have died. All proceeds raised from this walk directly benefit Home Hospice Association, the only Canadian Registered Charity dedicated to ensuring access to compassionate end-of-life care and support for anyone, at any time, of any age, under any roof.
Join us in various locations on October 17, 2024, to remember your loved ones, to share how they lived, to say their name, and to grow their legacy. We recognize that grief and commemoration look different for everyone, and we look forward to walking alongside side you through your individual journey.
You can find specific event details on the Walk Location & Schedules Page. Learn more about who we're walking for, and help us grow the legacy of our Honourary Moonlit Memory Walk Chair Anne Anderson by reading and sharing her story.

Our Fundraising Goal
As our most important annual fundraising event, our goal is to raise $50,000.00 to support Home Hospice Association’s work in communities across Canada (and beyond). Please help us reach our goal!
No one should die alone and unsupported.
Funds raised through the Moonlit Memory Walk go directly to helping to ensure that anybody facing death receives compassionate, inclusive and culturally sensitive care.
Remember that they lived, not how they died
Help us honour our loved ones. Please consider donating to our individual or team fundraising campaigns or sign up to join us on October 17, 2024!
