2024 Participants

Participants joining our Moonlit Memory Walk fundraising event are either walking in memory of someone they love, as a team walking for a person or an HHA Program that's close to their hearts, or to help someone else build the legacy of a loved one.

All Moonlit Memory Walk participants are encouraged to use their fundraising page as a tribute to the person/HHA Program they are walking for. Below you'll find our walk participants and links to their fundraising/tribute pages.
