Moonlit Memory Walk Hamilton Halton
Knights of Columbus, 222 Queenston Road, Hamilton
Death doesn’t end a relationship, it changes it. Our loved ones continue to live on in our thoughts, our memories, and our love for them. The Moonlit Memory Walk provides an opportunity to come together as a family, a group or simply with others in your community to share memories, stories, laughter and tears in a loving and supportive environment. The Home Hospice Hamilton-Halton Chapter is in its first year and in excited to provide support to the dying and the grieving in through three of HHA’s Signature Progams; The Bello Project, Pre and Perinatal Hospice and Hospice at Home.

Join us on Thursday September 12th to participate in a meaningful evening while raising funds for your community so that others can live well, die well and grieve well.
