Moonlit Memory Walk National Capital Region

McEvoy-Shields, 1411 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa

Death doesn’t end a relationship, it changes it. Our loved ones continue to live on in our thoughts, our memories, and our love for them. The Moonlit Memory Walk provides an opportunity to come together as a family, a group or simply with others in your community to share memories, stories, laughter and tears in a loving and supportive environment. The Home Hospice National Capital Region is in its first year but has already provided support to the dying and the grieving through three of HHA’s Signature Progams; The Bello Project; Pre and Perinatal Hospice and Hospice at Home.

Join us on Thursday September 12th to participate in a meaningful evening while raising funds for your community so that others can live well, die well and grieve well.
